The rules of the road for using Fintrest's research and budgeting tools. Please read carefully — by using the Service you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Fintrest, Inc. ("Fintrest," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Fintrest websites at fintrest.ai and app.fintrest.ai, the Fintrest mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fintrest publishes general-audience stock research and provides personal-budgeting tools. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Signals, scores, tier labels (such as "Buy Today," "Buy on Pullback," "Watch," "High Risk," and "Avoid"), trade-zone ranges, and Athena AI narratives are produced by an algorithm and presented for your independent evaluation. They reflect the algorithm's view of public market data at a point in time and do not consider your individual financial situation, objectives, or tolerance for risk.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any information you see in the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is currently available to users in the United States; access from other regions is at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@fintrest.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe in good faith are being used in violation of these Terms.
Some features are available only to paid subscribers. Subscription prices, terms, and the features included with each tier are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
You may connect a bank or credit account through Plaid to power our budgeting features. Connecting an account is optional. You can disconnect at any time. We do not move, hold, or transfer your money; we only read account and transaction data to render your dashboard.
You agree not to:
Fintrest and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the algorithms, designs, content, trademarks, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Content you submit (such as notes, watchlists, or community posts) remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate the Service.
The Service may display content sourced from third-party data providers and may link to external sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that signals or research will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for your circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fintrest harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, that your account poses a security or legal risk, or for any reason as required by law. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and the documents incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and Fintrest with respect to the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
